There are 49 restaurants principally located at Milan, Rome and Turin but there are also outlets at Genoa, Bologna, Florence. Abroad, Pastarito-Pizzarito is already present in Spain and in Greece and is planning to open new restaurants in many other european and non-european countries. Pastarito-Pizzarito is an original table service formula based on the most popular italian specialities: pasta and pizza. Its innovative service allows customers to combine the various types and shapes of pasta with their favourite sauce, or to create their own pizza topping. Not only durum wheat, fresh and stuffing pasta and pizza but also a wide choice of rices, salads, omelettes and delicious cold dishes, in order to give everyday a new idea of taste. The CIR Food Group, which bought Pastarito in 2004, is proprietor of the licenses and the equipment of all the restaurants. This group has a wide experience in the catering industry with more than 100 direct outlets with RITA and PIAZZA DEL SOLE brands and more than 100 franchising ones. Ongoing assistance is available and each franchisee is given their own personal feasibility plan, interior design project, layout of the premises and training, with particular focus on marketing and communication.
