The outlets prepare and serve a wide range of appetizing pizzas, available in round, wedge or slice formats, traditional Italian focaccia breadcakes, piadina bread (a local speciality from the Romagna area) and other savoury treats. The secret behind the winning formula is to produce the dough on the premises: use of frozen dough is not allowed.
