    ChancExpo, the annual Franchise Exhibition in Rome, offered a unique opportunity to visitors who want to start their own business and the chance to meet franchisors and learn about franchising, amid projected growth in the industry.

    BRD Consulting, partner in the internationalization of the franchise event, joined the opportunity to set new expansion plans and meet investors both nationally and from all over the world that are interested in new business opportunities in franchising.

Böde …Ekaterina Soyak…, Christophe Angleys, director of the Fair in Paris – showed on the occasion of the exhibition, the potential for franchise development in the German, Russian and French market furthermore giving the opportunity to those interested to attend an Italian Pavilion through the upcoming Franchise Exhibition in Moscow and Paris.

Piazza del Sole are fast food outlets with a floor space of 40 to 70 square metres and are particularly suitable for areas of intense influx such as principal shopping areas, railway stations and airports.

The outlets prepare and serve a wide range of appetizing pizzas, available in round, wedge or slice formats, traditional Italian focaccia breadcakes, piadina bread (a local speciality from the Romagna area) and other savoury treats.

The secret behind the winning formula is to produce the dough on the premises: use of frozen dough is not allowed. CIR Food Group designed its formula for the Piazza del Sole to ensure they would be seen to offer “fast” food yet still meet the demands of consumers preferring the fresh, healthy products typical of traditional Italian bakeries.

Piazza del Sole is a fresh, Mediterranean style response to typically American fast-food outlets, putting fast and convenient food back in the virtuous cycle of healthy food.

Piazza del Sole often enhances its range with items traditionally offered by snack bars so consumers can enjoy the unmistakable aroma of Flash Cafè Qualità Oro coffee. In other areas, Piazza del Sole is a RITA SELF corner, adding extra items to the range on offer.
