Important agreement of collaboration between the Istituto Alberghiero Costaggini and BRD (Business Retail Development), the management-consulting firm specialized in Retail and Franchise solutions. The partnership was signed between Prof. Alessandra Onofri, manager of the Professional Institute, and Federico Fiorentini, Managing Director of BRD. The aim of the initiative taken by one of the best schools available nationwide in hotel and catering management is to increase and expand the training and skills of young graduates by the achievement of the qualification of STORE MANAGER (Head dining facility).

 

 

The classes will be scheduled soon in order to provide students with a range of essential skills and knowledge that will enable attendees to gain a high level of proficiency in hospitality, food and beverage service. Furthermore, this qualification will provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to prepare and cook food to a very high and recognised standard.

 

BRD, which has been operating in this sector for over twenty years globally, will join the master course, by the leadership of Fiorentini, project leader promoting business development of retail chains in Italy and abroad.
