PIZZAMAN – A SUCCESS STORY
Pizzaman opened its first pizzeria in Florence in December 2001, achieving success right from the start. We have been able to distill the essence of the typical Neapolitan Pizza and this is one of the reasons for our meteoric rise.
The “Pizzaman Method” is a combination of great passion, scrupulous attention to the selection of quality ingredients, and traditional wood-fired oven baking.
This cooking method saturates the dough with the smell of wood and gives it the characteristic taste of pizza from long ago.
